I cannot say enough nice things about Imagination Realty, Inc. Jennifer Schreiber went above and beyond showing my husband and I an array of different options to rent or buy. I love how she returned calls and responded to emails in a timely manner. She was kind, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the greater Celebration area. She listened and followed through with care. We had a difficult situation arise, and she was incredibly compassionate and helpful. If you're looking for true customer service (and about the nicest person you can meet) and a family owned company that cares about its clients (and the local dogs), Imagination Realty is absolutely THE best!

I cannot begin to put into words how grateful we are that Amita was recommended to us. Amita was amazing from day one to closing. We moved from out of state, she was on top of what we were looking for, scouting out homes for us and then showing us homes when we came into town. Amita answered ANY questions or concerns we had and if she didn’t have the answers right away, she made the calls to get them. Communication was spot on, her knowledge of all things real estate is incredible and her warm and kind demeanor makes you feel good. To start off, Amita was literally the best! Her communication was always on point- getting responses almost immediately or if she was busy she would communicate that! There were weeks where I wasn’t finding any places that peaked my interest and she would still reach out to see how things were going! Every question I had Amita had an answer! From the moment we called Amita, we felt confident that the sale of our home was in good hands. She did her research and suggested a price that was spot on. Let me first start off by saying that my wife and I were moving to Florida from NY. We had a very short timeline to find a home, had no idea how to go about it, and had so many questions. Amita Shah, of Imagination Realty, helped me every step of the way selling my condo. I live out of state and she was available to handle anything and everything that came up. She spent a good amount of time walking me through the process, answering all of my questions patiently. She advised me, but never pushed. Her guidance was invaluable! When I needed to head back home she finished clearing out some clutter, and made herself available for the cleaners and handyman. She personally was present during the inspection and handled issues with the HOA. When I had a concern or question she responded promptly. On a more personal note, she was fun and positive to work with. She made, what I thought would be a stressful situation a smooth process. I consider myself lucky to have had her as my realtor!
