Amita is simply the best real estate agent out there; I am convinced of it! She goes above and beyond in every aspect. I spent two and a half years searching for the right property in Celebration, Florida from my home in Puerto Rico. This wasn't a casual house hunt. I was conducting a systematic, data-driven analysis of the entire Orlando market with specific criteria that had to be met. Managing this process remotely from 1,500 miles away meant every communication mattered, every piece of information had to be accurate, and every commitment had to be honored. The first realtor I worked with simply blew me off.
