We live 3,000 miles from Celebration but sensed the city would play a role in next steps for our future. Amita took my phone call, asked some key questions, and then prepped for my first visit two weeks later in May '25. She carefully selected a set of options for us as newcomers that fit within a given budget and portrayed a range of lifestyles that could be had in town. To note, the first listing she presented suited us very well, which speaks loudly of her instincts. She gave a lengthy tour of the city to illustrate its amenities over the two days of house-browsing. To inform me further, she gave me a list other suburbs of Orlando that were worth a drive to assess on my own time before flying home. She understood that we were not ready to buy but were dreaming about future possibilities, so there was no promise of a sale for her ample investment of time into us. Fast forward to the end of 2025, our situation changed dramatically for the better, and the likelihood of buying into Celebration was high. I reached out to Amita and she went to work. My husband came to shop properties for a brief 4 hours in December and she gave him a similar tour of the city and listings. By the end of the month, we put in an offer to buy a home with the same floor plan in the same complex as the very first listing she showed me back in May. The sale closed in two weeks. Amita is efficient, practical, and wise. We felt confident in her approach to issues and the negotiation with the seller. The whole experience was remarkably smooth, despite the fact that most intense period of our purchase happened over the holidays and early January where both parties had travel commitments and the seller lived in the UK! To sum it up, Amita is a pro!
