Bret worked with us over a period of several months since we were not ready to buy immediately. Once we committed to the process, he was available to answer our questions on a continuous basis. He was available to show us homes but did not try to overload us, instead allowing us to fully consider the features of those homes which interested us. When we had made our decision Bret met with the sellers agent to obtain other details while we were not available to do so. Bret volunteered to accompany us during the buyers first walk through and was also present during the signing of escrow papers and the second walk through with the builder. Very hands on!

Suzanne was awesome in helping us find our AZ home! We were moving from Illinois and didn’t know exactly what area we wanted to end up in. After giving Suzanne a list of wants she found us perfect houses in various neighborhoods. We spent 5 days looking at homes all over the Valley and ultimately ended up with the perfect house! Suzanne was patient with our requests and changes and kept us very informed a knowledgeable about closing in AZ. Everything went smoothly and as planned and was a wonderful experience.

WOW! What can I saw about Bobby other than THANK YOU!!!!!! My father recently passed away and left a home that was left in disrepair. Bobby was exceptional. He took a diamond in the rough and made it into a polished diamond. He took unbelievable photo's of the property, which highlighted the location of the property ( via drone ), and the views from the porch and surrounding area.. It highlighted what the property had to offer, and that the home, although in rough shape, would be a buyers dream with a minimal amount of work and money. His knowledge about real estate and related laws was unbelievable. In the end, we sold the house from far more tan I thought we would. The best thing about Bobby Denneke is his moral and ethical approach to doing business. He was more concerned about doing the right thing and taking care of a grieving family than making money for himself. He doesn't cut corner, or leave things out just to save himself the work. That in it's self is rare, but in real estate, it's unheard of. He is truly a phenomenal realtor, but he is better human being. I would recommend Bobby to anyone who wants to buy/sell a home.
