So, I'm a stress basket and kind of high maintenance. I have had poor experiences in the past (not due to a realtor), so I was a bit nervous going into this process. Anne stayed the course! She did a great job helping me get my home ready to sell. She had good insight as far as what I needed to be concerned about and what I didn't. My home looked beautiful and sold quickly. The buyer's agent was also from HomeSmart and she was well-qualified so the whole transaction went very smoothly. Although this isn't guaranteed, of course, she priced my home well and it sold for nearly my asking price. I'd use her again!

Nicole is quite helpful and goes the extra mile to close a sale. When Nicole found a buyer for our rental property in Scottsdale, we accepted an offer conditioned on closing in 14 days.
