Due to a unexpected death, we needed to sell the house quickly and find another property in another nearby community. In about 8 weeks Jaeger did it all. When the first offer fell through, he found another buyer who could close quickly. He thoroughly explained all the paperwork and made sure everything was in place for closing. He found another property that met our needs where we wanted to relocate. He negotiated a good price for both. We closed on both the same day. I have to tell this Tamara is awesome, don’t have words to explain, can’t still believe that she sold my home, got offer with in 24 hrs after listing. My house was on Market with preferred realty for 63 days, there was average 2 shows per day, no single offers, realtor or me didn’t know what was wrong, my other house already scheduled closing, this one not even a single offer, got frustrated took off Market, next day Tamara showed up in front of my door, discussed & back on Market with in couple days, & sold on time with more the price than listing price, 100% recommend her especially to my friends & familiy & the people I know
