We are very happy we chose Stephanie Kaufman to list our condo in Scottsdale. We got two professional and experienced sales agents for the price of one as Stephanie works with her mother Debra. We moved out of town just as we listed the property and felt confident that we left the property in good hands. Their sales advice was solid and they were both very knowledgeable, responsive, and communicative. Stephanie held several open houses and marketed the property well with extensive photos and light staging. Garnering much interest in the property through a strong marketing effort, Stephanie and Debra brought us two offers after just a month or two of listing the property and we sold the condo for a very fair price for all parties.
