Bret Burke

It was a genuine pleasure working with Bret for our recent home purchase. We could not have asked for a better, more knowledgeable guide. As first-time home buyers the process seemed overwhelming, but Bret was patient and kind. celebrating with us during the highs and buoying us up during the lows. Looking back now, we’re convinced that, without Bret, the deal on our house would never have happened. He went above and beyond to stay on top of everyone; Seller’s Agent, Lender, and Title Company, making sure that the paperwork was completed correctly and on time. There were several instances where it could have fallen through and, with a lesser Agent, we’d still be stuck in the endless loop of property shopping, instead of enjoying our wonderful, new home. To put it simply, Bret is everything we could have hoped for in a Real Estate Agent, but never expected to get. We were lucky to have him on our team.

Bret Burke has been our Realtor, through purchases, and sales. Bret is extremely professional, yet very friendly. He pays attention to every detail, and can be messaged or called, and will respond back, very fast with an answer. We met Bret at an Open House, and from that moment on, we knew we had found our Realtor. Our daughter, who was the one primarily looking at the Open House, has used Bret for a couple of transactions. Thaks, Bret, for all you have done for us!! You are our favorite Realtor. :)

Bret did a great job selling our home. He suggested a listing price which resulted in us getting a good offer at our first open house. Bret is very organized and kept us in the loop during the whole process. He was also helpful in lining up people to take care of the minor repairs the buyer requested. I highly recommend him.

Bret was phenomenal. He really went above and beyond to make our first home buying a quick and painless experience. Bret has an amazing way of taking a somewhat complicated process and breaking it down in much simpler steps. He laid out the entire process from the beginning and there were no surprises. He was very helpful and responsive when we had question. I would definitely recommend him to handle anyone’s real estate transactions!

Bret worked with us over a period of several months since we were not ready to buy immediately. Once we committed to the process, he was available to answer our questions on a continuous basis. He was available to show us homes but did not try to overload us, instead allowing us to fully consider the features of those homes which interested us. When we had made our decision Bret met with the sellers agent to obtain other details while we were not available to do so. Bret volunteered to accompany us during the buyers first walk through and was also present during the signing of escrow papers and the second walk through with the builder. Very hands on!
