April Taylor is the best real estate professional I have worked with. She has a warm and engaging personality and good listening skills. She knows how to ask the right questions at the right time and actively listens to our questions and responses. She kept us well informed in all aspects of the process and took the time to apprise us of different options. She knows the current market and set the price for the home at what turned out to be the perfect price point. Her negotiating skills are excellent. Her marketing plan brought outstanding results in a short time frame. She managed to coordinate this sale with an under-construction home halfway across the country in an area not known for predictable weather. Suffice it to say, she did everything she could to keep everything on a coordinated time schedule. As the process unfolded I became more and more aware of how exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced she is. April’s willingness to help and advise combined with her savviness in every detail of all the various transactions involved and her excellent communication and negotiation skills are what set her apart from others in her field.

Anne is someone we grew to trust. She gives honest feedback on houses and cares about the quality of house that you buy. We couldn’t be more lucky to find our home! She’s well connected, knows the market, and is extremely responsive. We were never left waiting when we asked a question or shared a concern. Patricia Curtis is by far the best Realtor I have ever dealt with. Patricia goes above and beyond her duties on her job. Celina is an amazing realtor. She first helped me buy my house this year. The community was new and had limited lots available and a long wait list. It was going to be first come first serve basis on the grand opening day. Celina camped out with me since the day prior. This was last year in November when it was already cold outside. There was about 15 people that camped out, but she was the only realtor that was there with their client. This is proof that she will always go above and beyond for her clients. Celina also assisted my parents with the sale of their home this past month. The house sold in less than a month and we have her to thank. During signing Celina even went as far as getting the title to send an agent to the house since my parents are high risk. We didn’t even know that was an option, but like always she’s always going that extra step for her clients.

It was a genuine pleasure working with Bret for our recent home purchase. We could not have asked for a better, more knowledgeable guide. As first-time home buyers the process seemed overwhelming, but Bret was patient and kind. celebrating with us during the highs and buoying us up during the lows. Looking back now, we’re convinced that, without Bret, the deal on our house would never have happened. He went above and beyond to stay on top of everyone; Seller’s Agent, Lender, and Title Company, making sure that the paperwork was completed correctly and on time. There were several instances where it could have fallen through and, with a lesser Agent, we’d still be stuck in the endless loop of property shopping, instead of enjoying our wonderful, new home. To put it simply, Bret is everything we could have hoped for in a Real Estate Agent, but never expected to get. We were lucky to have him on our team.

Bret Burke has been our Realtor, through purchases, and sales. Bret is extremely professional, yet very friendly.
