I have to tell this Tamara is awesome, don’t have words to explain, can’t still believe that she sold my home, got offer with in 24 hrs after listing. My house was on Market with preferred realty for 63 days, there was average 2 shows per day, no single offers, realtor or me didn’t know what was wrong, my other house already scheduled closing, this one not even a single offer, got frustrated took off Market, next day Tamara showed up in front of my door, discussed & back on Market with in couple days, & sold on time with more the price than listing price, 100% recommend her especially to my friends & familiy & the people I know
