As a first time homeowner, I was extremely impressed with Pam's expertise and helpfulness. She pretty much "held my hand", and walked me through each and every step until every document was signed and I was handed the keys to my home. Pam is very personable, NOT pushy, and looks out for her clients. And she follows up, even after the transaction is complete, to make sure that you are happy and have no other issues. We have worked with Brian to purchase a custom lot and now to sell our custom home. In preparation to sell, Brian provided great advice on what repairs were necessary and other expenses that could be avoided. Importantly he was able to provide solid timing advice because he knows the market. The photos made the house look better than it was. He is always prompt at completing required paperwork, returning calls or emails, and did the little extra things to make the process go smoothly. We only dealt directly with Brian. Once listed we were under contract in 48 hours while the two houses down the block, which have been for sale for months, have their ‘for sale’ posts still hanging. Craig help me with contacts to hire to fix up my house. There was no pressure to use them. The contacts that I used were all excellent. Craig was on top of the real estate market in the area. He kept me advised as to the pricing and sales of the comps in the area in order to adjust my price. He kept in touch at all times. Showing of the house made by other agents were reported along with their comments. Once sold, it was smooth running to the closing. Craig is highly recommended.
