Brian was great to work with. He took the time to take me through comps in person, not just handing us an MLS printout and producing a 'should list' price. His pricing strategy was not simply an average of nearby units but a composite of additional factors that could only been appreciated by seeing the other units in person. I had a list price in mind, but Brian suggested a higher price and my property sold for more money than I had hoped. Additionally, all documents were executed in a timely manner and thoroughly explained. He was also an effective Point of Contact for the buyer and seller as we worked through the post-inspection punch list items. I would highly recommend Brian.
