Brian always made us feel like we were his only clients and was available to show us homes with little notice. He was also incredibly patient as we spent endless hours looking at homes, some I am sure he knew would not be a good fit. He let us make those decisions first-hand, but did an outstanding job of guiding us through the process. Brian maintained a positive perspective throughout our search and posed questions that we would not have considered on our own. He is also very resourceful in regards to referring out vendors or knowing the price to fix or upgrade items in homes that may not have been up to our standards. Once we were prepared to make an offer, Brian walked us through the process carefully and did an amazing job of providing clear communication. He told us what to expect as we went through each phase. It was always very clear that Brian was representing us and had our backs along the way. We found our perfect home and Brian shared in the excitement with us. He was always eager to keep things positive and truly a joy to work with. Our experience with Brian seemed effortless and stress-free. I can’t thank Brian enough for getting us into our new home.
