Dear Prospective home buyer, It is our great pleasure to recommend Brian Adamski. Due to life circumstances we found ourselves having to relocate back to Arizona after living in Tennessee for three years. We had worked with other Phoenix realtors in the past so you would think that choosing a Realtor would have been easy. Well, let me tell you that it wasn’t. Out of the seven realtors we had used in the past, we have only had what we consider an excellent buying/selling experience with one. Unfortunately, he did not work the area that we were interested in. We did our research, and started making calls. Out of the five realtors we called, we chose Brian, and we are so happy we did. Brian recently helped our family find a home in a very small search area. He was extremely responsive and very knowledgeable about the Ahwatukee neighborhood we were exploring. He was super patient with us as our small search area really limited the number of listings. In the end we found exactly what we were looking for. My Dad passed away and left me with his house in the Phoenix area to sell. I’m a tennis enthusiast and I noticed when I read Brian’s bio that he is too. I met with several realtors but decided to work with him. After making the arrangements to begin marketing the home for sale, I had to return home 750 miles away. He talked me through what to do in order to get the house prepped, which paid off as it sold quickly. Brian was trustworthy and he put me at ease with the process. I would highly recommend Brian Adamski as your realtor if you are serious about selling your home. Brian was very thorough with the listing and priced our home within market value. We also decreased the price to fluctuate what some other homes in the area were listing their home as. This was a good strategy to get buyers to see your home when competing with nearby homes. When we got anxious, Brian assured us all would work out. And it did. Great work, Brian! Keep it up.

Craig is very knowledgeable, especially in the Ahwatukee area, but he helped me look all over for a new home. He was very helpful in looking at a home critically not just emotionally so you could make the right decision. I would highly recommend him.
