Rafael and Silvia We hired Brian Adamski to buy our house in Arizona last November and we were impressed by his excellent professionalism. Before Brian, we tried another real estate agent who had excellent reviews, but did not meet our expectations. A few months later a good friend of ours introduced Brian to our daughter and they hired him to find the house of their dreams, and he did! After that, we decided to talk to Brian to help us find the right house for us, he immediately got engaged and knew exactly what we were looking for; it was clear to us that he was more interested in our needs than in making a sale. He searched, looked around, presented us with some prospective houses and we went hunting together. Brian is an excellent real-estate agent, one of the best we have come across. He is very professional and super helpful. Even when he was on vacation, he provided seamless backup support and answered our questions in lightning speed. He understood our needs very quickly and handpicked the homes for showing in a way that made very efficient use of our time. Dear Prospective home buyer, It is our great pleasure to recommend Brian Adamski. Due to life circumstances we found ourselves having to relocate back to Arizona after living in Tennessee for three years. We had worked with other Phoenix realtors in the past so you would think that choosing a Realtor would have been easy. Well, let me tell you that it wasn’t. Out of the seven realtors we had used in the past, we have only had what we consider an excellent buying/selling experience with one. Unfortunately, he did not work the area that we were interested in. We did our research, and started making calls. Out of the five realtors we called, we chose Brian, and we are so happy we did. Brian worked with us online and by phone while we were in Tennessee. He really listened and never became inpatient while we worked out what type of home and what price range would best suit us. Once we came to a decision, Brian did his homework and worked with us while we were in Tennessee to find us the perfect place. We flew out to Phoenix over one weekend and Brian worked with us day and night to see as many homes as possible. Once we found our perfect home, Brian who is a master at contract negotiations was able to negotiate a great price. He handled the entire transaction for us while we were busy selling our home in Tennessee. We found Brian to be a highly attentive. He returned all phone calls and emails the same day. Brian recently helped our family find a home in a very small search area. He was extremely responsive and very knowledgeable about the Ahwatukee neighborhood we were exploring. He was super patient with us as our small search area really limited the number of listings. In the end we found exactly what we were looking for. My Dad passed away and left me with his house in the Phoenix area to sell. I’m a tennis enthusiast and I noticed when I read Brian’s bio that he is too. I met with several realtors but decided to work with him. After making the arrangements to begin marketing the home for sale, I had to return home 750 miles away. He talked me through what to do in order to get the house prepped, which paid off as it sold quickly. Brian was trustworthy and he put me at ease with the process. He readily shared his opinions which I found helpful in selling the home. Many things came up, but Brian took care of them right away.
