Craig Nelson

Craig is very knowledgeable, especially in the Ahwatukee area, but he helped me look all over for a new home. He was very helpful in looking at a home critically not just emotionally so you could make the right decision. I would highly recommend him.

I have absolutely NO complaints! From our first meeting to getting our keys, Craig was attentive and just always there! highly recommend him to anyone, especially if purchasing for the first time.

Craig help me with contacts to hire to fix up my house. There was no pressure to use them. The contacts that I used were all excellent. Craig was on top of the real estate market in the area. He kept me advised as to the pricing and sales of the comps in the area in order to adjust my price. He kept in touch at all times. Showing of the house made by other agents were reported along with their comments. Once sold, it was smooth running to the closing. Craig is highly recommended.
