As a first time homeowner, I was extremely impressed with Pam's expertise and helpfulness. She pretty much "held my hand", and walked me through each and every step until every document was signed and I was handed the keys to my home. Pam is very personable, NOT pushy, and looks out for her clients. And she follows up, even after the transaction is complete, to make sure that you are happy and have no other issues. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Pam!
