Matt was the listing agent on our rental home in Ct that we recently sold. We live in Florida and it was a pleasure to deal with Matt and all his updates and calls. His advise and help during the inspections and negotiating with the buyer's agent were very helpful in getting this property closed. I would highly recommend Matt for either buyer's or sellers. He always kept us promptly aware of showings, feedback, offers and repair issues.

Karen Kramer found me a home in Fairfield CT in 2003 that we recently sold. She was the listing agent for my 2 properties in Stamford prior to purchasing in Fairfield. Last year we decided to move to the Glastonbury area so I immediately called Karen for her help once again. At our "Open House" this past January Karen met our home buyers.
