Karen Kramer found me a home in Fairfield CT in 2003 that we recently sold. She was the listing agent for my 2 properties in Stamford prior to purchasing in Fairfield. Last year we decided to move to the Glastonbury area so I immediately called Karen for her help once again. At our "Open House" this past January Karen met our home buyers. They were so impressed with her knowledge and expertise that they also asked her to be the listing agent for their home sale which would enable them to buy my house. Fast forward to May 26, 2016 and I'm sitting in the office of my new home writing this review !!! Each endeavor with Karen has been exciting and fast paced. She has every connection with top quality people who know what's needed to ensure success without stress. There's no need to explain all the nuts and bolts of each sale within the body of this review because when you sign with Karen Kramer all you really need is a pen to sign as each step is accomplished. She will ALWAYS answer the phone, text or email and cater to your needs promptly. Karen is a very trustworthy person who has your best interest in mind no matter what the issue. This, I feel is how she separates herself with all the others in the business. Having Karen handling your sale or purchase is the most important decision you'll make.
