Mark was an absolute great choice, assigned to me by Redfin for a 2nd home we were interested in. I could not have been more lucky to get him. He immediately went out and assessed the property with some local friends as we were 1200 miles away. His expertise in evaluating houses was superb. We quickly evaluated the pros and cons and determined it was a property that I could easily turn into a wonderful winter retreat. His negotiation skills led to a very fair deal for both parties. He kept in constant communication and I had zero worries throughout the entire process. I would 100% recommend him and will definitely use him again if/when we decide to upgrade.
