Last January and February we stayed in FL to see if it was something we might like to do in the winters and before we left we decided to find a place to buy. Immediately we fell in love with Jane. She was spunky, she listened to us and what we were interested in and that we were not going to just settle. Over the next entire year we kept in touch, looking or sending houses, seeing what she would send us, and never pressured us a bit, which was so nice. It always felt that she truly had our backs and this was a journey together. My family had some major health issues and she would just check in on how they were doing and not even talk about houses, which again showed how she really cared about us a people and not as a sale. We flew down the beginning of March and look at so many places thinking one might be the one, but then left to go home although still very positive that when the the time was right, the perfect place would present itself and no sooner did we leave did that happen! We were not even home a few days and got a text that she found our home and boy did she ever! I now have a lifelong realtor and Friend, will refer anyone I know to her and brag about her to anyone I hear that is looking for a place in FL. I highly recommend Tabitha Rae Bailey as your Realtor. She is innovative and diligently proceeded until our house was sold. She found a lender that would advance the proceeds to purchase a new home before we even sold our home in Port Richey. She did not allow obstacles to deter her from achieving her goal of selling our house. The first 3 prospective buyers all failed to obtain financing. Each time that occurred, she found a new buyer within a week. She keeps in contact with the prospective lender to assure that the lender receives the needed documents. She’s a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10.
