Wonderful!
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mannie in our short time in Florida. We were first time home owners and Mannie graciously walked us through the process of not only buying as first timers, but selling as well. Mannie is very professional, kind, and honest! We really appreciated her honesty (even if it was hard to hear). Ultimately we made a great purchase (especially during Covid) and when we were ready to sell, we were only on the market for two days before we got a great offer. Mannie also works with military families (like us) and is very familiar with the VA loan. We highly recommend Mannie for your realty needs!

Great Partner during my first home purchase
Lottie took the time to get to know me and my family and what we are looking for, was very patient and worked around our budget and eventually found us the home that fit everything we needed in terms of square footage, price, and even the neighbourhood. She was very patient walking me through this whole experience, this is my first and I had a lot of questions, but Lottie explained every step in a very detailed manner and made this process very smooth. I recommend Lottie to anyone looking for a genuine realtor, me and my kids were very lucky to have her on our side.
