When I was referred to Jane as a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was getting into with the whole process of buying a home. We looked at a few homes had an inspection that went terrible but she knew what I was looking for and never gave up and she found me a gold mind before it could hit and be scooped off the market. She stays on top of all the moving parts and doesn't miss a beat. Yes, she's definitely hungry but don't take it the wrong way because she truly does care and is there for her client. I would highly recommend and especially for someone that is a first-time home buyer I'm truly confident they will be in good hands with her. I was also very impressed with Jane who's been in the Pinellas and Hillsborough area for only a few years and how she educated herself with the best part of Florida (in my opinion) to be able to inform, perform and assist with any home buyer's needs. Laurie (and Jim) were the dream team for our home purchase. With our own busy schedules they made sure to be organized and prepared to make sure we would get the most value from our time during showings. This made that part of the process efficient and stress free. They were also never more than a text or phone call away whenever needed which was invaluable through the negotiation and closing process to be able to quickly communicate even if it was into the evening. As they like to say, they would advise and we would decide - which is a perfect balance to giving us insight and consulting but not pressuring a decision that we didn't want to make.

We threw JB into a very interesting situation, and he accepted the challenge with professionalism and dedication. We gave him the challenge of selling a family member’s home after he was placed in assisted living. JB helped us navigate through the confusing process (even when we were super frustrated). JB remained honest and gave us real honest answers when negotiations were on the table and he was able to gracefully handle other realtors who were not the most educated or honest for their buyers. During this real estate transaction for our family member, we were also looking to purchase a home for our family. JB showed us lots of properties and pointed us in the direction we wanted to be in with our needs. He remained patient and reassured us we would find our dream home. And we did! But to top it off, JB encouraged us to put an appraisal contingency in our contract. This was the best idea ever. We were able to buy our home for a considerable amount less all thanks to JB’s guidance!
