Very knowledgeable agent who gets to the bottom of the issue. Always communicating and keeping me updated but not annoyed. Sets the expectations and process baselines, then goes over possible outcomes and deviations, so everything that happens is part of the plan. No surprises. As far as money - explained in the spreadsheet financial part of the deal. What goes where and why. No surprises there either. Very pleased with the experience.

Sean has helped us and our extended family with finding new homes, as well as with selling our homes. He is very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and knows the in's and out's of real estate from contracts, negotiations, inspections, appraisals, etc., he even helped us find reliable contractors to take care of some small projects that helped us get more for our home. When we were looking fir a home, he really helped us sift though the hundreds of homes to match exactly what WE wanted. When is came to selling our home, he helped us to figure the fair asking price (and went a little above it) and we sold our home in 24 hours. Unfortunately, we had a buyer have to back out of the purchase ...so he sold it again to another buyer in 24 hours. I highly recommend him for buyers and sellers! 5 stars!
