Manny has sold two homes for us. She is amazing. She saved our first deal by going to the broker of the selling agent on the first one. (We were right). She got top dollar all around. The second sale was recently sold (two offers) in 48 hours. One house was in Pinellas county; the other in Tampa near mcDill. We were very pleased as she got more for both than we expected.
