Quyen sold our home in 5 hours at full asking price! Now, for the review. We live in Connecticut and we needed to sell Moms home in Florida. Quyen came highly recommended, and we were hesitant at first if she would have the time being that she is involved with HGTV House Hunters. Upon our initial visit, Quyen was extremely energetic, kind, and had already done her homework. With a couple of recommendations (exterior power wash and interior paint) she referred us to the correct people to get those tasks done. If we had any questions she was immediately available via email or phone. The closing went as scheduled and we were able to do everything over the Internet, saving us a trip to Florida. We have bought and now selling our house with Manuela in which she sold in 10 days flat, she is INCREDIBLE, honest, and works her butt off to make your sale go as smoothly and less stress free as possible, she's so organized you won't be worried during the sale of your house or the buying of a house, she does all the work and works around the clock for her clients unlike other realtors who state that but do the opposite, she gives a great military discount and I would consider her a genuine friend, she will not let you buy a house that will not be a great investment or a house she foresees any serious problems with, she does her research, and maps everything out for you so you know what every thing is even before you get to the closing table. Love her to pieces. Couldn't be more truthful & has your best interest at heart. Hire her, a great realtor is worth every penny.
