Ray has been a Tampa native his entire life and for the past 15 years he has called Wesley Chapel his home with his wife and children. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Economics. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Stellar Multiple Listing Service as well as Central Pasco Association of Realtors.

At the risk of sounding dramatic, working with Ray changed my life. Not only was the process of working with him (as opposed to other realtors I have worked with in the past) incredible in comparison, but his network, professionalism, business acumen, persistence, and all around positive attitude was something I have not found in many other industries, much less realtors. In short I was pressed for time and looking for a quick home to rent when I reached out to Ray for his help. He listened to me, assessed my situation, and set realistic expectations for me and my family (wife and 2 kids) and we decided instead to try and buy instead. All said and done Ray helped me move into my ACTUAL dream house, and I could not be more thankful. There is NO ONE else I would recommend over Ray for all things realty. Thank you again, Ray!
