Great agent with total real estate transaction management
Cathy helped my family sell our condo in St. This was an estate transaction, which was complicated by us being out-of-state. Cathy made it easy for us to handle everything remotely, minimizing cost and aggravation for us, the sellers. Thanks for all the hard work!

It was a such a great experience buy home at the distance.
It was a very interesting experience working with Irina Paul and her team! A very wonderful person, she didn’t bombard me with a number of different houses, we discussed all my desires, what I see in the house and what I need in terms of layout. The purchase of our house was completed at a distance, to say that it was easy, no, but with the help of Irina, who was very helpful in choosing and had a lot of advice, it made it easier for us. I am very glad that I met her, working together, her pleasure, service, presentation, understanding me, everything was at the highest level.

Went Above and Beyond Every Step of the Way!
Working with Cathy was an absolute pleasure, from listing to showing to shepherding the closing over the finish line. She is very knowledgeable, has great communication skills and the experience and patience needed in this competitive market. She went the extra mile at every step, from helping to find cleaners so the house could be professionally photographed (they came out great!), to showing the house (it sold in 2 days), checking in by phone and text even when she had the flu, to securing plumbers for an unexpected issue, and finding two guys and a truck to clean out the last shed. Highly, highly recommended!

My first buying of a house was made so easy and simple. I was well informed of the process .
From the first picture of the house I saw to the closing .I was very comfortable with Irinas knowledge of the housing market and real estate knowledge as well.
