It was a very interesting experience working with Irina Paul and her team! A very wonderful person, she didn’t bombard me with a number of different houses, we discussed all my desires, what I see in the house and what I need in terms of layout. The purchase of our house was completed at a distance, to say that it was easy, no, but with the help of Irina, who was very helpful in choosing and had a lot of advice, it made it easier for us. I am very glad that I met her, working together, her pleasure, service, presentation, understanding me, everything was at the highest level.

Working with Cathy was an absolute pleasure, from listing to showing to shepherding the closing over the finish line. She is very knowledgeable, has great communication skills and the experience and patience needed in this competitive market. She went the extra mile at every step, from helping to find cleaners so the house could be professionally photographed (they came out great!), to showing the house (it sold in 2 days), checking in by phone and text even when she had the flu, to securing plumbers for an unexpected issue, and finding two guys and a truck to clean out the last shed. Highly, highly recommended!

Darlene did an amazing job. She was realistic in expectations but also respected our wishes. She helped us stage the house appropriately and gave us pointers for things that will bring value to the house. Pictures were incredible. Her communication was extremely professional and very detailed. There was never a moment we were unsure of where we were in the whole selling process. Some realtors overpromise and under deliver. Darlene is the exception to this. Proof is in her very successful and tenured career. Could not recommend Darlene enough.
