Darlene did an amazing job. She was realistic in expectations but also respected our wishes. She helped us stage the house appropriately and gave us pointers for things that will bring value to the house. Pictures were incredible. Her communication was extremely professional and very detailed. There was never a moment we were unsure of where we were in the whole selling process. Some realtors overpromise and under deliver. Darlene is the exception to this. Proof is in her very successful and tenured career. Could not recommend Darlene enough.

I was lucky yo have Irina help me with buying a condo. She is very knowledgeable and her professionalism made the whole process very quick and smooth., from consulting on the options I considered and offering options herself, to negotiating the price with seller and communication any questions with the seller related to repairs etc, and to closing. Any questions I had on the way Irina addressed very quickly. I didn't have any issues trusted her and felt confident in the success. The whole process took less than 1.5 month.
