I didn’t have the best experience trying to find my first home— but I absolutely did have the best realtor. I started my hunt right before COVID hit; and I had specific criteria and a grand list of must-haves. Irina really listened and worked with me to tailor the properties to best fit my my needs; always mindful not to push anything on me outside of my affordability. COVID hit and it was a nightmare. We lost count of all the bid wars, or properties that were quickly off market due to the influx of newcomers to the state. It was exhausting, so I took a break. Irina was right there when I was ready to jump back in. When I tell you I love my realtor, I’m not exaggerating.
