However, Darlene made the entire process smooth and easy, from start to finish. To our surprise, we were able to quickly find and close on a beautiful home with very little effort on our part. Beyond being kind and professional, she was diligent and communicative, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Even AFTER closing, when an unexpected issue arose, she went above and beyond to handle it and make sure we were happy. Selling a condo these days is not the easiest thing to do - Unless you have Darlene Sheets. Darlene knows exactly what needs to be done to get the property sold. With her experience and professionalism, she made the necessary adjustments and minor improvements. Then the condo sold. Darlene worked the HOA and the property mgt throughout the entire process. She brought in the contractors from carpet cleaning to new floors. Each of which did excellent work. As I am an hour away from the property this was especially helpful. I can't thank Darlene enough. I would recommend Darlene to anyone selling any type of property. You won't be disappointed.

I didn’t have the best experience trying to find my first home— but I absolutely did have the best realtor. I started my hunt right before COVID hit; and I had specific criteria and a grand list of must-haves. Irina really listened and worked with me to tailor the properties to best fit my my needs; always mindful not to push anything on me outside of my affordability. COVID hit and it was a nightmare. We lost count of all the bid wars, or properties that were quickly off market due to the influx of newcomers to the state. It was exhausting, so I took a break. Irina was right there when I was ready to jump back in. When I tell you I love my realtor, I’m not exaggerating. Over the past few years I have really gotten to know Irina personally as well as her style of realty. Irina cares about her clients more than the bottom line— and that is an absolute rarity. A general web search found not only the best realtor I could’ve asked for, but also a trusted friend. I text her about random complaints lol as I settle in— in a heartbeat she is there to tell me about what person can do whatever thing I need done. The relationship didn’t end once the house sale went through. I recommend her all the time. My friends and family know that if they are planning to buy in Florida— they’re using her.
