I’m not going to leave a long, adjective-filled review about Bernie‘s professionalism. His expertise, professionalism and fantastic personality does not need adjectives because he’s that damn good. Bernie is an authentic human being, he’s very genuine, and he only has your best interest at heart. I spent five long trips with him in the car and he is solid. I am a very hands-off buyer and I knew Bernie would handle everything that needed to be handled, and all I would have to do is sign some papers and give some money. Selling a condo these days is not the easiest thing to do - Unless you have Darlene Sheets. Darlene knows exactly what needs to be done to get the property sold. With her experience and professionalism, she made the necessary adjustments and minor improvements. Then the condo sold. Darlene worked the HOA and the property mgt throughout the entire process. She brought in the contractors from carpet cleaning to new floors. Each of which did excellent work. As I am an hour away from the property this was especially helpful. I can't thank Darlene enough. I would recommend Darlene to anyone selling any type of property. You won't be disappointed.
