Fast pleasant and very good at prepping homes to sell quickly at or above market. Sold my house in one day, full price. Highly recommended. Always available to take care of questions or issues.

I would highly recommend Karen Riscinto as a realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell. My husband and I relocated from South Florida to Tavares recently. Karen was on top of everything from showing us homes in the areas we were interested in, to making sure our mortgage process was progressing as quickly as we needed it to. Our home purchase was a very quick turn around. She even made sure everything was progressing as scheduled in South Florida to make sure our closings in both places happened as planned. She will have your back always and can even make recommendations for doctors, cleaning people, homeowners insurance, etc. Karen does it all!

Karen was very helpful in setting a price and even negotiated a higher price for my home. She was helpful in proving services to get my home ready for sale. Everything went smooth and I enjoyed working with her.
