Karen helped me get a house in the middle of the 2020 shutdown. This was a hard time to deal with getting a house. Once one was found she worked hard to ensure that I got my home! Very happy with how things turned out. 😀 While I hope to not move again anytime soon, I would happily use her again.

Karen helped us get top dollar for both homes by using her experience and design skills to get the houses ready for sale. Because we were long distance, Karen went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of closing my fathers estate including selling cars and holding an estate sale. Karen was extremely knowledgable on what needed to be done with regards to inspections and property laws. She hired vendors for landscaping and pool maintenance will the home was sitting. She had a team come in and gut the homes and recommended items that we should upgrade in order to be competitive in the market. Karen sold the first home in a day and had multiple offers on the second rental property. Karen has also become a caring friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Karen for anyone buying or selling a home!
