The first meeting with Karen was all we needed to choose the best agent. We knew immediately she was professional and that we could trust her. She was honest about what changes could be made and what needed to be done in order to sell. She was open with her design skills and we felt no pressure. She shared tradesmen that she worked with and they were all professional and completed our projects quickly. Karen responds quickly with any questions and has great communication skills. If you are looking for a home or selling, put your trust into Karen you will not be disappointed. She is an agent that works for her clients.

She went way above and beyond our expectations. She would help us find problems with houses we were looking at, or offer different interior design options. She is always upbeat and straigh with everything she says. Would recommend to anyone trying to buy or sell.

I was fortunate to find Karen Riscinto when seeking to buy a home in Florida. As an out-of-state buyer, this was no easy task. Karen Riscinto has the experience and resources to coordinate a long-distance, sight unseen home purchase such as mine. She coordinated updating the property so as to reduce my insurance costs; she helped me choose roof shingles, found a contractor to work on the floors in the home; put me in touch with a landscaper and an expert plumber; provided warranties; HOA documents and contacts. The list of what Karen provided goes on and on. I continue to rely on Karen even now that it has been weeks since the closing. She is generous with her time and her knowledge. I really lucked out! I recommend her highly. She is a pleasure to know and to work with.

Karen acted as Rental Agent for my house on Washington Street for many years. During that time we never had a bad tenant. She id very good at screening. She kept the property in good condition with her requests for repairs in between tenants. When it came time to sell, Karen met the challenge. The sale of a very livable, desirable but 99-year- old home had challenges. Karen steered me though the process successfully. My only negative is she calls me "Sweetie".

I was looking to buy my first home so I found Karen online. I reached out and she was immediately finding homes. She managed to get under my budget with almost no Renovations needed. She helped me every step of the way. And explained everything in detail. I LOVE my first home.

Karen managed our property for 5 years before helping us sell it. She took care of everything so we did not have to worry about the property and kept us informed throughout the rental and sales process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for property in the area.

We engaged Karen after our previous agent proved to be somewhat suspect, such as using our funding bank account as her own. Before we sold the property, Karen was a great agent, looking after the place and renting out whilst I was seriously ill. We never thought it would sell, but Karen arranged repairs/ overhauls and anything else you can think of, and then sold it for the £ equivalent of what we'd paid for it in 2005 --- not bad going! She also handled all the financial side as I was too ill to travel. Apart from that, she is knowledgeable, diligent, good fun and GOES THE EXTRA MILE, which is what we all want! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and her skills to anyone looking for a reliable, honest and hardworking agent Richard and Sue ---- Albert Village --- UK

I was very fortunate to have Karen manage my property in Eustis several years ago. Before she took over the responsibility the apartments were a nightmare. It was an older building with lots of maintenance problems previously filled with terribly behaving tenants. Karen changed an awful experience to a bearable one. She readily took control of ensuring tenants paid on time and took reasonable care of the property. When they didnt, she was fair but diligent in finding a suitable resolution. Eventually, I decided to get rid of the upside down investment property. Karen hand-held me through a short-sale. She was assertive and deliberate in all her actions. All turned out well for me. It was quite frankly a relief to have found Karen. I was able to trust her and follow her advice and she steered me well. I give Karen my highest recommendation. She is knowledgable, appropriately assertive, trust-worthy and diligent. You cant do better than having Karen on your side
