I was very fortunate to have Karen manage my property in Eustis several years ago. Before she took over the responsibility the apartments were a nightmare. It was an older building with lots of maintenance problems previously filled with terribly behaving tenants. Karen changed an awful experience to a bearable one. She readily took control of ensuring tenants paid on time and took reasonable care of the property. When they didnt, she was fair but diligent in finding a suitable resolution. Eventually, I decided to get rid of the upside down investment property. Karen hand-held me through a short-sale. She was assertive and deliberate in all her actions. All turned out well for me. It was quite frankly a relief to have found Karen. I was able to trust her and follow her advice and she steered me well. I give Karen my highest recommendation. She is knowledgable, appropriately assertive, trust-worthy and diligent. You cant do better than having Karen on your side
