Wayne Williams knowledge of market value is spot on ! Wayne is very professional ! From inquiring about a property to buying he is very professional every step of the way ! As far as communication when I have tried to call other realtors until I found Wayne the other realtors never gave me the time of day. All the other realtors never answered their phone nor did they call back. Wayne took my call every time I would call. If for some reason he did not answer he would always call me back not long after. Lance and his wife go above and beyond. They are a great team. I am 81 he and his wife came and helped me do somethings that had to be done to prepare the house for sale. Lance even helped me to pack somethings for the staging. I would highly recommend Lance if you need to sell your house. He treats you like family. He is the best!

Five stars is just not enough for this real estate team. They were with me every step of the way. They deserve more than what they earned. What they go through on a daily basis isn't an accurate representation of what they earn. There is so much behind the scenes that is being done that buyers aren't aware of.
