Working with Christie and John Di Lemme was an incredible experience from start to finish. Before meeting them, my home in Port St. Lucie was sitting on the market, and I was frustrated. I did not feel like things were moving in the right direction. Then I met John and Christie, and decided to move forward with them, and everything changed. Christie came in with a clear plan, staged and designed the home, and completely transformed the way it looked. I honestly never imagined my house could look like that! The staging made a huge difference — and most importantly, it worked. My home went from Stagnant to SOLD! After that, Christie and John helped me with the next step: finding my new home in Fort Lauderdale. That was not an easy search. I was driving from Port St. Lucie to Fort Lauderdale every day, so finding the right home closer to where I needed to be was very important. We looked at A LOT of houses! Christie and John stayed patient and focused throughout the entire process. I had specific needs. I wanted space, privacy, a big yard for my dog Nova, no HOA, and the right community. In Fort Lauderdale, that is not always easy to find. Then Christie found my home. Although, I didn’t think so at first. Selling our condo with Christie & John was surprisingly professional, pleasurable and profitable, because selling or buying a home can be a daunting experience at any stage of life.However, when you are selling your home at 77 years of age with little knowledge of real estate, it can be particularly challenging and stressful!Real estate agents abound but with no real means to evaluate which realtor might be right for you. Websites in general offer little in clarity with one notable exception in our case.Christie's website seemed to call to us, especially the client reviews. They seemed so genuine! We called based solely on an intuitive feeling.It turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made. We scheduled an appointment with Christie and John and we met for a walkthrough.They surprised us with a portfolio that detailed how they would proceed from beginning to end. THEY DID EVERYTHING... and in an amazingly organized manner!Rather than dreading what land mines might lay ahead of us...We were able to relax and focus on our new life while Christie and john did all the heavy lifting.Christie and John are absolutely AMAZING!
