Selling or buying a home can be a daunting experience at any stage of life. However, when you are selling your home at 77 years of age with little knowledge of real-estate, it can be particularly challenging and stressful! Real-estate agents abound but with no real means to evaluate which realtor might be right for you! Web-sites in general offer little in clarity... with one notable exception (in our case). Christie's web-site seemed to call to us... especially the client reviews. They seemed so genuine! We called based solely on an intuitive feeling! It turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made. I guess sometimes it helps to be lucky. We scheduled an appointment with Christie and John and we met for a walk thru. They surprised us with a portfolio that detailed how they would proceed from beginning to end. THEY DID EVERYTHING... and in an amazingly organized manner! Rather than dreading what land mines might lay ahead of us... we were able to relax and focus on our new life while Christie and john did all the heavy lifting. Christie and John are absolutely AMAZING! From day one, they were in front of every conceivable detail. They completely prepared our condo for sale and constantly kept us up-to-date, answering every question quickly, and making sure we always knew exactly what was happening throughout the process. I remember sitting around our dining room table talking with Christie and John about putting our home on the market so we could move to Georgia. With there team a few changes where made to the home and Christie came in with her staging items to make every room appealing to the high end buyer that we where targeting. During this process the market changed but that did not stop Christie and John they continue to market and promote our home looking for the buyer that would love our home as much as we did. They continued open houses, marketing blitz, videos …lot of videos to keep our home on the list of prospects. Christie was available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer any questions, concerns and support through the process. Both Christie and John were committed to make our dreams become reality. We got an offer it was a great offer and we were able to buy a brand new home in Georgia. You have to trust the process and your realtor.
