After my condo was on the market for six months with no offers, Christie and her team stepped in and everything changed. They cleaned, repaired, professionally staged, and marketed the property, and we received a cash offer after the first showing. I truly appreciate Christie’s work and professionalism and will absolutely continue using her services. I confidently recommend her to family and friends.

Kristin did an outstanding job selling my mother's 45 year-old home and a remote small town. Kristin was very knowledgeable on the things that needed to be done to get my mother's house sold and the price point of which we needed to sell. Kristin has many years of experience and knows the market. Well I was very happy with her service Kristin was professional timely, and the closing was a smooth transaction

We truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful we are for our amazing team, Christie and John. They didn’t just help us buy and sell a home—they helped change our lives. My husband and I were able to sell our home in record-breaking time after SITTING FOR OVER A YEAR ON THE MARKET. And through their unwavering dedication, guidance, and support, we landed an amazing deal on our forever home. What we have now is more than a house—it’s our beautiful slice of heaven on Earth, its Home. They believed in our vision, fought for us every step of the way (quite literally at times), and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel seamless and full of joy. Their hearts, integrity, and passion truly set them apart. We will be forever thankful and could not recommend them more highly. Not only are there few who practice what they preach and walk by faith, but there are even fewer who do it with every ounce of your best interest in mind. So incredibly blessed to call them our Uncle John and Aunt Christie!

I have purchased and sold many properties during the last 40 years and Kristin is, hands down, the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My property was not an easy one to list and sell, there were many road blocks along the way but Kristin handled everything professionally and appropriately. She was always available 24/7 and because I was states away through out the time my property was listed she went above and beyond in every way. I would highly recommend Kristin to anyone who is looking for an excellent realtor, honest, hard working and available. One of a kind!

With the expectation of having to wait many months before my mother's condo would sell, Christie exercised incredible professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market, and had the condo under contract within days. She took a unit that looks similar to many others in the same community and staged it to be a winner that was receiving multiple offers. My wife and I are forever thankful for Christie's expertise and they way she followed through with every single detail. I highly recommend using Christie as your real estate professional. I don't think you can find someone else with a higher personal standard or care for clients.

I had the pleasure of meeting the Christie Di Lemme as the sellers Realtor and from the initial moment it was an immediate connection. She was extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with directly. She went above and beyond in making my purchasing experience an easy transition. The closing phase, which can often be stressful, was seamless. She answered all of my questions via email as well as through text and worked diligently with my Realtor to expedite the purchase of my Condo. I had the pleasure of meeting her husband and we created an instant bond and friendship that helped seal the deal for me because I knew she was looking for my best interest. She was kind enough to leave me some of her staged furniture such as well as a beautiful TV Stand, Dining room set, Bed frame, Night Stand, Utensils, Dishes, Glassware, Pots and Pans, Cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom, new shower curtain and plastic liner for inside the shower just to name a few. Flying down from New York this was all a big start for me and much appreciated. Thank you Christie and I look forward to our new found friendship. Sincerely, Hector

Ms. Christie and John did an awesome job with the staging and brought in lots of clients. Christie worked well with the Management Company and made sure all the documents were in place. I believe that she went above and beyond to get things done.

Lancelot responded very quickly regarding the inspection of the apartment and we agreed on the place and time, during the inspection of the apartment he listened and gave his recommendations. The registration process was simple and convenient, he quickly answered all the questions that arose during the registration of documents, and upon completion he personally gave the keys to the apartment.
