Upon her first visit, we already had a solid plan to sell our home. SHe recommended an excellent finance agent to assist in purchasing our new home. In addition, she knew how to market our home. The pictures on our listing made us almost regret selling the place! It blew us away when Kristin called just four days after hitting the market which she told us it will sell FAST with a great offer on our house, but that fell thru ( from the buyers and their agent fault ) but quickly put back on market and it was pending once again in a few days. We accepted offer and Kristin was there to advise us every step of the way up to closing. We put our trust in Kristin and it paid off. She is awesome very knowledgeable in what she does.
