If I could give Lance 10 stars I would he's that good. He was with us every step of the way. Asking us questions from the very beginning to drill down on our needs. Didn't waste our time with showing properties that were not to our standard. When we finally read on new construction he was quick with options and introduced us to the right people. His entire team is above board and never once left our side. Even after closing and moving in, he checked in days later with us to see how things were going and if there's anything else he could do.
