We were so fortunate to connect with Christie while searching for a home from out of state in Wisconsin! She took the time to truly listen to our priorities/wish lists, provided honest and helpful information about homes/areas and worked hard to find options to give us virtual tours of houses. Ongoing communication far exceeded our expectations, during the search, offer and closing process! We highly recommend working with Christie, whether buying or selling, and will definitely do so when we have another need in the future.

Jason has found me several rehab gems where I can add value after purchase in order to do a cash out re-fi and leave little in the property all the while having meaningful cashflow. 12706 Lanier is another one where we can update the wood paneling and flooring as well as create an extra bedroom so that the new appraisal hits an excellent ARV. I am an out of state investor and Jason is my guy to handle Jacksonville which still has numerous opportunities!

Working with Christie was absolutely stress free plus she sold my home in 48 hours! I gave her the keys to my home and trusted her to take care of everything…and she did! Christie exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Working with her has been the best experience I have ever had in a realtor and wish I could have her and her team for every home transaction. She communicated with me the entire way through and was very understanding of my work schedule, timeline, and concerns I had. She eased my mind the whole way through and changed my perspective on buying and selling future homes. It does not have to be as stressful as it looks and seems, especially with the right realtor like her.

The marketing program that Christie developed for my home was fantastic The glossy brochures that she put together were the best marketing materials I have ever viewed in any open house. Lots of time and effort went into selecting a photographer that was used for photos was exceptional He was like an artist with his detail I had many positive comments in regard to my listing and the beautiful photo shots that were produced. Christie being an attorney also added a positive experience She is a person of integrity and Honesty, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional realtor She gives 150% of her time to her clients Always returns her calls rapidly
