Lancelot was our agent for both buying and selling. His expertise got our house sold immediately. He was extremely diligent in finding us appropriate homes to view and when we found listings of interest he set up showings very quickly. He guided us through the whole process with our wishes in mind and smoothed over the few bumps we hit along the way. Lancelot is a high energy, polite, knowledgable, personable, efficient gentleman. Every call, email and text were answered immediately. He was quick to get us answers and had a wealth of information. We feel he truly represented us exceptionally well, with our interests in mind, in all matters relating to both selling and buying. We most highly recommend him.

The service this agent provided me: he helped me to buy a home. He is one of those not too many the realtors who knows what he does, and can think together with the client in order to be on the same page. It saves a lot of time, money and effort when both realtor and client has the same goal.

Our move was discretionary (we were looking to downsize and move from a single family home of 40 years to a condo in the same area). Over the course of about 9 months of looking we we on-again off-again about moving. Roselyn & Robert hung in there with us as we went through our decision process and never pressed us to decide. Once we did decide, Roselyn and Robert were personally attentive to every detail in the purchase of our new place and the sale of our existing home. Their professionalism was noted by our attorney and others involved in the transactions. I would definitely employ them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, or any one else.

Honest, knowledgeable, very easy to deal with. Highly recommend! Managed our expectations realistically. Not an easy property to sell. Did not consider using anyone else.

Thank you for all your help again. Since the house was not even on the market, your aggressive inquiry helped us purchase the new home we were looking for!

Calling Kristin Eckelmann to help sell our home turned out to be the best decision of our transition. We knew we were getting a great person on our side. Upon her first visit, we already had a solid plan to sell our home. SHe recommended an excellent finance agent to assist in purchasing our new home. In addition, she knew how to market our home. The pictures on our listing made us almost regret selling the place! It blew us away when Kristin called just four days after hitting the market which she told us it will sell FAST with a great offer on our house, but that fell thru ( from the buyers and their agent fault ) but quickly put back on market and it was pending once again in a few days. We accepted offer and Kristin was there to advise us every step of the way up to closing. We put our trust in Kristin and it paid off. She is awesome very knowledgeable in what she does. I would rate her 10 plus if I could. And I would use her for all my home transactions and recommend her to all my friends. Thanks Kristin Eckelmann
