Walter was a pleasure to work with, his patience is beyond measure. He made what started out a year ago as a quick and easy buy, and turned into many days and nights looking at different properties. Not quick or easy. He was patient and 100% on our side. Once we figured out what we wanted, he did a great job narrowing our search to the perfect house we didn't know we wanted. When we get our next property, we will be using Walter if he'll still have us.

Walt Richards did an amazing job selling my fathers house!!! He was so incredibly helpful when we started the whole process. He took the time to listen to all the things my father was hoping for and offered some incredibly insightful things that we could do to help the process. Walt gave my father plenty of notice before bringing people as well as scheduling plenty of open houses. Walt was relentless when the process of searching for the best fit as well as price were concerned when the offer process started (we got full price). My father was leaving to go back to Japan so he helped facilitate an escrow that worked out for him. Walt even went out of his way to help him find a place when his plans changed at the last minute. To say Walt is a good real estate agent would be a horrible disservice to Walt...Walt went above and beyond anything we could've hoped for or even dreamed of. The best way to conclude this would be to say I have referred everyone I could think of that was selling their home or buying a home to Walt. Thank you Walt for all you did for my father.

My fiancé and I used Walter to help us find and purchase our first home last year. It was a phenomenal experience! He took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a property and emailed us information on new properties becoming available as soon as he found them. We went and looked at homes with him on a few different occasions, and he was great about pointing out in the pros and cons of various locations. He seemed more concerned with us finding our perfect dream home then with just trying to make a sale. I really appreciated his honesty and all of his hard work and help. As first time homebuyers, we had lots of questions and he was always available to answer any questions that we had as we went through the process. He is incredibly knowledgeable. I would definitely use Walter again when we are ready to buy our next home!

A little over a year ago, we started the process of looking into buying a home. We chose Lorry Helm Williams as our realtor mostly because of her involvement in the Middleburg Civic Association. We knew she would know the community well, and that was important to us. It was, by far, one of the best decisions we made. It was a long process finding our home and we faced a significant number of setbacks, but Lorry was with us every step of the way. She was patient with us, honest and upfront, and incredibly personal. She respected our time. She was always on time when we met (something EXTREMELY important to me) and she tackled issues we faced with a bull dog tenacity. She was very kind to our children, and even helped us unload our POD! Not one time in the entire process did we feel pressured into anything. We couldn't possibly be more satisfied with her as our realtor. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home and you live in the Middleburg area, without a doubt, Lorry is the realtor for you!
