Lancelot was my buying agent. He was the best agent I ever worked with. He is very experienced, and if it wasn't for him, the deal wouldn't have happened. He was super responsive to my calls and any questions I had along the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property. He deserves a 10 in my book!

I used Walt to help with a new constitution purchase and I could not have been happier! The customer service and relatability he showed are unparalleled to any other agent I have worked with. He is extremely responsive, caring, and knows his stuff. If you are looking for a realtor to represent you with a purchase transaction or even for a listing agent you will not be disappointed by going with Walt!

He was and still is after the closing, always ready, willing and able to answer any questions and be of any assistance whenever needed.
