Calling Kristin Eckelmann to help sell our home turned out to be the best decision of our transition. We knew we were getting a great person on our side. Upon her first visit, we already had a solid plan to sell our home. SHe recommended an excellent finance agent to assist in purchasing our new home. In addition, she knew how to market our home. The pictures on our listing made us almost regret selling the place! It blew us away when Kristin called just four days after hitting the market which she told us it will sell FAST with a great offer on our house, but that fell thru ( from the buyers and their agent fault ) but quickly put back on market and it was pending once again in a few days. We accepted offer and Kristin was there to advise us every step of the way up to closing. We put our trust in Kristin and it paid off. She is awesome very knowledgeable in what she does. Walter was a pleasure to work with, his patience is beyond measure. He made what started out a year ago as a quick and easy buy, and turned into many days and nights looking at different properties. Not quick or easy. He was patient and 100% on our side. Once we figured out what we wanted, he did a great job narrowing our search to the perfect house we didn't know we wanted.
