Andrea really did a great job for our family. She met with us prior to our decision to sell, shared her thoughts on updates/repairs that made financial sense and walked us the the process until we were ready to place the house on the market. Prior to even meeting with us she had done her research and was very prepared. Once we listed the house she stayed in contact often, showings were scheduled easily and she made herself available whenever we needed it. Andrea gave advice when asked, shared experience that helped us make tough decisions and was very patient with our emotions. She has great communication skills and is very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again on any real estate project.
