We came to Andrea for our home search after several people referred us to her. This being our first home buying experience, obviously I had an abundance of questions, all of which she answered, and in a way a rookie home buyer could understand. From the start we were always informed of options and strategies only an expert in the real estate world would know. Her experience allowed us to open up our narrow searches, which brought many more prospective houses into our pool of interests. Andrea is very personable, and made the home search fun and exciting. Andrea Belding is very knowledgeable in the field of real estate. She does all her homework; research on the house to be sold, surrounding houses like it, where the market is, and then presents all that to the seller so the seller can be informed before putting the house on the market. She also knows how to market the house with great descriptions and professional pictures. I really never thought hiring a professional photographer would be worth it but it really is!!! She is awesome to work with!

I bought my new house while I lived in Florida. I wasn't even a Michigan resident yet. Andrea was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and guided me through the whole process. She also ensured all required inspections, including my own, mortgage documentation and loan paperwork, as well as all other required items were completed quickly and efficiently. Andrea really did a great job for our family. She met with us prior to our decision to sell, shared her thoughts on updates/repairs that made financial sense and walked us the the process until we were ready to place the house on the market. Prior to even meeting with us she had done her research and was very prepared. Once we listed the house she stayed in contact often, showings were scheduled easily and she made herself available whenever we needed it. Andrea gave advice when asked, shared experience that helped us make tough decisions and was very patient with our emotions. She has great communication skills and is very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again on any real estate project.
