Liz did an exceptional job selling my property. Communicates well, professional and has the making of a great REO agent. This was a problem asset. We had many problems and Liz worked well sorting through all the variables. This is from a seasoned seasoned investor and former REO agent.

Andrea is the girl to go with if you want to know you’re in the best possible hands! She is on top of everything, every minute of the day! She eliminated so much stress for us and made the process fun too! We’ve been through this process with her twice and we would never use anyone else!

Liz was so easy to work with. She went above and beyond for my husband and I. We sold our house in a day! Liz knew the exact price we should list it at in order to be competitive and get what we wanted from the property. She handled the showings, property maintenance, and set up an easy signing location for us at our convenience. She was always communicating with us letting us know what process the sale was on and what she needed from us. I will definitely be using Liz again in the future!

Kate was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the market. Purchasing a home is very stressful but Kate really was broke down numbers and projections to help us understand better and to do what was best. I highly recommend Kate to sell or purchase a home for anyone. We appreciate her flexibility and commitment to finding what we wanted in a house.

It was a pleasure working with Kate. She was always on top of what needed to be done to make a good presentation. I never had to contact her more than once to get a reply to my questions. When an offer was presented she walked me through the process and advised me accordingly. I never felt "out of the loop" and the final sale went through perfectly. She's a wonderful person to work with and professional in all respects.
