Awesome realtor
She is very knowledgeable. She was very prompt in responding to my questions. She was very helpful at getting all the paperwork the seller wanted. This was a very long process with working with 2 different sellers at 2 different times. She was just so awesome and nice. I would highly recommend her.

Exceptional Service From Start to Finish!
Liz made the home buying process very easy and painless, she is great at communicating what the next steps are and how they should be handled. She responded to any questions and concerns in a timely manner. She supported and backed any decisions I made even if she didn't 100% agree with them. She was very patient with me over our 7 year journey to secure a home, answered many questions, and looked at many houses. I would recommend Liz to anyone looking to buy or sell a home as she is great to work with.

Excellent experience

Amazing Experience!!
Elizabeth Playter was the perfect realtor. She was understanding, compassionate and really cared about what we as her clients needed. No matter the question or the issue at hand she gave us as much information as she could so that each decision was made in the aspect of what was right for us. She did everything within her power to help us in any way that she could and when things got difficult for us she was there with amazing support going above and beyond what you would expect. Kate is amazing!
Kate is great. She was very determined to help me find the perfect home. She is patient and understanding. She worked with me for over a year, looking at houses and putting in multiple offers. She never made me feel pressured or rushed. I really enjoyed the time I spent looking at houses with her. 10/10 recommend Kate.
