About Elizabeth

For me, real estate isn’t just about property lines; it’s about people, places, and the feeling of home. After seven years in the business, I’ve learned that buying or selling property is one of life’s biggest adventures, and I love helping clients navigate it with confidence and ease. My husband, Jesse, our daughter, Charli, and I proudly call Greenville home. We love the small-town feel, the familiar faces, and the mix of rural beauty with everyday convenience. When I’m not meeting with clients or exploring new listings, you’ll probably find me enjoying a strong cup of coffee, getting a workout in at the gym, spending time in my garden, doing yoga, or being creative. I specialize in rural properties across Central and West Michigan, helping clients who want a little more land, a little more peace, and a lot more possibility. As a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), I pair data-driven strategy with genuine care for my clients. My goal is to make your real estate experience feel personal, transparent, and even enjoyable. Whether you’re selling a family farm, investing, or putting down roots, I’ll be there every step of the way bringing honest guidance, clear communication, and definitely a few laughs along the journey.

About Kate

As a military Veteran, Kate understands the importance of community and having a place to call home. After 15+ years on the road with her husband’s work and Kate’s military service, they decided to call Greenville home. They chose Greenville because of its smaller community feel, the trail systems, river, schools and amenities. Kate loves being involved in real estate. Whether it is helping a buyer find the right home or a seller looking to make a change. She considers herself a bit of a matchmaker; helping connect others, showcasing what the local areas have to offer or finding the right home. Kate’s previous work experiences have helped her develop networking skills, strong listening skills and a desire to help others reach their goals. When Kate is not working on real estate she enjoys spending time with her family and working with fellow military Veterans at the local American Legion and VFW. She also enjoys activities like biking, hiking, exploring new areas, and giving tours to visiting families.

Awesome realtor

She is very knowledgeable. She was very prompt in responding to my questions. She was very helpful at getting all the paperwork the seller wanted. This was a very long process with working with 2 different sellers at 2 different times. She was just so awesome and nice. I would highly recommend her.

Reliable, Responsive, and Great to Work With!

Working with Liz was an amazing experience from start to finish. She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and was always quick to answer any questions I had. I never felt pressured, and she genuinely cared about helping me find the right home instead of just making a sale. Her communication, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. I would absolutely recommend Liz and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Liz was on it!

Liz was able to answer our many questions, help us navigate the complexities of a simultaneous buy/sell, identify and coordinate contractors, and provide top-notch guidance within our market, despite not being local. Her communication is always responsive and thorough. She made us feel seen and heard, and she is both personable and professional.

Exceptional Service From Start to Finish!

Liz made the home buying process very easy and painless, she is great at communicating what the next steps are and how they should be handled. She responded to any questions and concerns in a timely manner. She supported and backed any decisions I made even if she didn't 100% agree with them. She was very patient with me over our 7 year journey to secure a home, answered many questions, and looked at many houses. I would recommend Liz to anyone looking to buy or sell a home as she is great to work with.
