It was very discouraging. James and I have been friends since 8th grade and I saw he was a realtor. I inquired and we started searching with a bunch of showings and a few lulls but he kept telling me to hang on, we will find you a home. It was not long before we went under contract and it was only because of his relationship building skills and experience in THIS particular market. Now my daughter and I have our forever home! Deidre is quite literally the kindest and most diligent person I have ever worked with! She is extremely responsive to messages, and she does not hesitate to go to bat for you (especially with how aggressive this market is!)! She is very knowledgeable of the entire process, and she makes sure to keep things moving smoothly while also keeping it simple for those of us who don't fully know the process ourselves. She is so patient with her clients, and she is so incredibly friendly and personable. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Sometimes all you need to do is answer the phone or call someone back. I called 7 agents looking for someone to represent me in Florida and James Called me back. James was very accommodating, I explained to him I was looking for a house that needed work and he accepted. We put offers on multiple homes, and it never bothered James. Most of my offers were low offers in a hot market, but James kept on offering. I would highly recommend using him for this process as he sees things through untill the end.
