James represented us both in selling our home and buying a new one. The real estate market was very challenging, we were outbid on 5 offers. He persevered and continued to help us identify new options. He never pushed us into something we weren't in love with. He was very efficient about scheduling showings and did his homework prior to us seeing a possibility. He is very familiar with the community and could steer us in the right direction.
