This is our second property we have bought from Liliana! She is very knowledgeable and helpful and we live overseas. She ensured due diligence on the property in our absence and went above and beyond to help us secure the sale smoothly and efficiently! My husband and I would highly recommend her to any friends or family buying in the area without any hesitation! Liliana also made sure after that wake was done everything was in place. We had an amazing experience!

I’ve been working with both residential and commercial real estate agents/brokers for over 40 years buying/selling leasing different kinds of properties and Gina Odoardi’s is the best person I’ve ever worked with. As a buyer she understands quickly what you are looking for and focuses on properties that fit your criteria. At the same time Gina is not shy about telling you “this is not the property for you”. She never tries to make a quick sale, always has an excellent sense of the market, does her homework to know values in the specific neighborhood and gets your offer presented timely & professionally. If you need answer on something Gina will get it for you expediently. Closings are always smooth as her attention to detail and follow up is exceptional. If you’re a seller, again she is honest on what you need to do to get the property ready to maximize the value, does her research to know values in your specific neighborhood, is an extremely hard worker and always achieves exceptional results. Gina’s positive energy, outstanding personality makes for sales dynamo working with potential buyers and other agents to sell your property. Gina clearly loves what she does, goes “above and beyond” for her clients and is joy to work with. P.S. As an added bonus Gina’s husband (now retired) has been in construction his whole life so she has knowledge/resources most brokers just don’t hold.

Gina was the best ! We can't say enough about her help finding and purchasing our new home. She listened to what we wanted and searched with us for weeks till we found just the right place. She explained a hundred different things to us and when we found a place, she was on it ! From videos to documents she kept us in the know. I've asked her for business cards for friends of ours. We highly recommend her and her team.

Rick and Linda were very helpful in finding our new home with our very precise set of requirements. Rick's detailed approach to price comparison was very useful in negotiating our final offer. In the end we found a house that fit all of our requirements and we ended up at a price below the seller's asking price.
